Bikerumor

...in my book for modern gravel bikes, plenty of key future-proof standards. A T47 threaded bottom bracket, a UDH universal derailleur hanger, flat mount disc brakes, 12mm thru-axles, and a 31.6mm seatpost with internal routing for a dropper.

Frame Details

Steel's Real, Titanium's Eternal Deal

Our frames are made of 3Al-2.5V seamless tubes in aerospace quality.
Titanium is more comfortable than steel due to its vibration absorption, but unlike steel it is lighter and will not rust. It boasts the strength of carbon, but unlike carbon, it can withstand rough handling. So we've made a frame that will last a lifetime. A frame you can adapt to the conditions and terrain of the moment.

Integrated Cable Port and Variable Geometry

The tapered head tube has integrated cable port on the left side. This makes the bike look clean, the cables don't rub against the head tube, and the integrated (drop-in) headset assembly is easy to maintain. In addition, we don't have to make unnecessary holes in the downtube.
Our frames are optionally equipped with a Cane Creek Angleset headset. This allows you to additionally change the fork angle in both directions by 0.5°, 1° or 1.5° depending on whether you want a more aggressive and agile or a slacker and safer geometry.

Carbon fork Equator Gravel

Sensei is equipped with a sleek fork that matches the elegance of the frame. Fork with cage mounts can be added upon request.

Wide Tyres and 2x? Thanks to CNC Chainstay Yoke

Thanks to CNC machined chainstay yoke, the frame can accommodate tyres up to 47mm wide on 700c (28") wheels, up to 52mm on 650b (27.5") wheels. So you can have one pair of wheels for the road and one pair for more adventurous rides without changing the geometry significantly.
You can fit single chainrings up to 48T (44 - 46T oval) and double chainrings up to 50 / 34T.

Internal cable routing

The frame is ready for a fully mechanical kit including 2x systems and internally wired dropper post. Thanks to cable port in the headset, there are no holes in the downtube.
The third bolt on the inner downtube is lower to let you mount single bottle closer to the BB. Or further from your framebag. Whaddyathink?

Multiple mounting points

In addition to the usual inner triangle, you will find a pair of mounting points next to the BB and on the top of the toptube. It is also possible to fit a rear and front rack.

Ovalized toptube

Slight horizontal ovalization of the toptube doesn't disturb the look of thin tubes. Looks great and makes the ride more comfortable adding a bit of vertical compliance. The bike is also more comfortable to carry in the hand or on the shoulder. And top tube bags don't twist as much. A pair of bolts that allow for strapless installation helps with that also.

31,6 mm Seatpost

Our frames are ready for 31.6 mm seatposts, so you have plenty of freedom of choice. Compared to Yasei, Sensei doesn't have fully internal dropper wiring.

Flat Mount, Post Mount, and Direct Cable Exit

The frame is ready for flat mount calipers, which are visually cleaner and more common on gravel kits. If for some reason you would like to mount post mount calipers, this can be done by installing an adapter. Both options are open to you.
The derailleur cable exits directly from the chainstay around the axle, adding to the clean look.

T47 Bottom Bracket With Separate Cable Wiring

T47 is the emerging standard of the bottom bracket originally designed by Chris King. It is a classic threaded system, so there is no need to worry about unwanted sounds like with many pressfit systems. The larger diameter makes the whole system more durable, more reliable, and results in a stronger frame tube joint.
The cables are running separately from the axle, preventing any unwanted rub in case you are not using the inner plastic cover.

SRAM UDH and chain hanger

The UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) is SRAM's global standard. Therefore you can get it in any shop because it's not brand specific. It's simple to change and will rotate instead of bending in the event of a chain jam.
This also makes the frame ready for the new SRAM T-Type derailleurs.
For convenient service work, the right seatstay is fitted with a chain hanger. You're welcome.

Optimized Seatstays Based on Frame Size

For different frame sizes, we use different diameters of seat stays. Thanks to this, all owners can enjoy the same comfort, regardless of she size of their body.

Geometry

Sensei, while being compact and nimble, has a fairly low top tube and a more forgiving standover height. This gives you more freedom when choosing between sizes.
Opt for a smaller size for a more aggressive position with an offset seatpost and longer stem, or a bigger size for a more relaxed position with a straight seatpost and shorter stem.
Needless to say, you will welcome this feature in the event of a RUD (Rapid Unexpected Disembark) while riding in steeper terrain.
